WHAT AREAS DOES OPACITE ZERO DESIGN WORK IN?

We are located in the province of Quebec/ Ontario but, since most of our work is completed remotely, we provide our services internationally.

CAN I PERSONALIZE MY QUOTE?

Yes, of course! If you think that you might need more or not need one of the services listed on the quote, you can contact us and we will gladly look at it with you!

WHAT ARE OUR TURNAROUNDS?

It depends on the project!

The typical turnaround time for a renovation project is situated between 1 month to 6 months.

The typical turnaround time for a 3D project is around one to two weeks. However, it is possible to ask for a rushed deadline. You will get impeccable quality within a very short turnaround time. It can take around 24hours.

Our strength is that we intend to focus on turnaround time and productivity to let our customers can enjoy the best value proposition in the industry.

HOW DOES THE PRICING WORK?

It's simple! You describe your project and we then send you a custom quote in as little as 2 business days. You can choose to take all the services or not, it's completely up to you. If the quote still does not fit within your budget, we come with multiple alternative propositions to make sure that we find the perfect solution for you!

The price is a fixed price. The amount that you see on the quote unless adding an extra service, is the exact amount that will be charged at the end. No bad Suprise! If you decide to add a service, we will inform you and wait for your approval before taking the next step.

WHAT ARE OUR PAYMENT OPTIONS?

Payment options vary for individuals, professionals, and businesses:

Pay a security deposit before the start of the project and the rest of the amount is due at the end of the project.
If we work together on more than one project, we can send an invoice at the end of each month.
Pay after each project phase.
